Karama has been working with us as an Arabic teacher for many years. She has taught hundreds of students with passion and kindness, while demonstrating the steadfastness and dignity of the Palestinian people through her lessons and her work.

 

Due to the horrifying, genocidal attack that Israel has unleashed against people trapped in the Gaza Strip, she now finds herself having been forced to flee her home in Northern Gaza. She and her family are in an extremely dangerous and precarious situation. Along with all other people in Gaza, she is experiencing loss, displacement and lack of food and water.

Thanks to the support of other Arabic teachers and colleagues we can continue providing Arabic courses. This term the Arabic course will be taught by Rana, a dedicated teacher who is living in Syria.

We will also cover fundamental grammar topics, including:
- Personal Pronouns
